These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of 36urbanspirit.com and any purchases you make through the site. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

36urbanspirit.com is operated by 36 Urban Spirit Oy, a company registered in Finland (business ID: FI-pending). Our contact: hello@36urbanspirit.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. Products & pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include Finnish VAT (25.5%) where applicable. For non-EU customers, VAT is deducted at checkout where required by destination-country rules.
Product photos are taken under controlled studio conditions. Slight colour variation may occur depending on your screen settings. Garment measurements may vary by ±2 cm from the sizing chart.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a price is obviously incorrect (e.g., €0.99 for a hoodie), we will contact you before processing the order and offer the option to cancel.

4. Pre-orders

A pre-order is a confirmed order placed before the product is in stock. Your card is charged at the time of pre-order.
You can cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund. After shipment, the standard 14-day return policy applies.
Production cut-off dates are estimates. If production is significantly delayed (more than 60 days from the estimated ship date), we will notify you and offer a full refund.
If we cannot fulfil your pre-order for any reason (production issue, factory defect, etc.), we will offer a full refund or an alternative product of equal or greater value.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (in supported countries). Your card details are never stored on our servers.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the 36 mark, brand name, product photography, copy, and design — is the property of 36 Urban Spirit Oy and is protected by Finnish and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 36 Urban Spirit Oy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.

10. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Helsinki District Court. As a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

13. EU Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumer disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings, but we will consider any reasonable request.

Nämä käyttöehdot ("Ehdot") säätelevät 36urbanspirit.com-sivuston käyttöäsi ja kaikkia sivuston kautta tekemiäsi ostoksia. Käyttämällä sivustoa tai tekemällä tilauksen hyväksyt nämä Ehdot.

36urbanspirit.com-sivustoa ylläpitää 36 Urban Spirit Oy, Suomessa rekisteröity yhtiö (Y-tunnus: FI-valmisteilla). Yhteystietomme: hello@36urbanspirit.com.

2. Kelpoisuus

Sinun on oltava vähintään 18-vuotias (tai täysi-ikäinen maassasi) tehdäksesi tilauksen. Tekemällä tilauksen vahvistat, että antamasi tiedot ovat oikeita ja että sinulla on oikeus käyttää valittua maksutapaa.

3. Tuotteet ja hinnoittelu

Kaikki hinnat näytetään euroina (€) ja sisältävät Suomen ALV:n (25,5 %) soveltuvissa tapauksissa. EU:n ulkopuolisille asiakkaille ALV vähennetään kassalla, jos kohdemaan säännöt sitä edellyttävät.
Tuotekuvat on otettu valvotuissa studio-olosuhteissa. Lievää värivaihtelua voi esiintyä näyttöasetuksistasi riippuen. Vaatteen mitat voivat vaihdella ±2 cm kokotaulukosta.
Pidätämme oikeuden korjata hinnoitteluvirheet. Jos hinta on ilmeisen virheellinen (esim. €0,99 hupusta), otamme sinuun yhteyttä ennen tilauksen käsittelyä ja tarjoamme peruutusmahdollisuuden.

4. Ennakkotilaukset

Ennakkotilaus on vahvistettu tilaus, joka tehdään ennen kuin tuote on varastossa. Korttiasi veloitetaan ennakkotilauksen tekohetkellä.
Voit peruuttaa ennakkotilauksesi milloin tahansa ennen toimitusta saadaksesi täyden hyvityksen. Toimituksen jälkeen sovelletaan normaalia 14 päivän palautuskäytäntöä.
Tuotannon katkaisupäivämäärät ovat arvioita. Jos tuotanto viivästyy merkittävästi (yli 60 päivää arvioidusta toimituspäivästä), ilmoitamme sinulle ja tarjoamme täyden hyvityksen.
Jos emme voi toteuttaa ennakkotilaustasi mistä tahansa syystä (tuotanto-ongelma, tehdaspakkaus, jne.), tarjoamme täyden hyvityksen tai vaihtoehtoisen vähintään samantasoisen tuotteen.

5. Maksu

Maksut käsittelee Stripe, PCI-DSS Level 1 -sertifioitu maksupalveluntarjoaja. Hyväksymme Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay ja Klarnan (tuetuissa maissa). Korttitietojasi ei koskaan tallenneta palvelimillemme.

6. Toimitus

7. Palautukset ja hyvitykset

Katso täydelliset tiedot 14 päivän palautus -sivulta. Sinulla on 14 päivän peruutusoikeus EU:n kuluttajalain nojalla.

8. Immateriaalioikeudet

Kaikki tämän sivuston sisältö — mukaan lukien 36-merkki, tuotenimi, tuotekuvat, tekstit ja suunnittelu — on 36 Urban Spirit Oy:n omaisuutta ja on suojattu Suomen ja kansainvälisen tekijänoikeus- ja tavaramerkkilainsäädännön nojalla. Et saa jäljentää, levittää tai kaupallisesti hyödyntää mitään sisältöä ilman kirjallista lupaamme.

9. Vastuun rajoitus

Suurimmassa lainsäädännön sallimassa laajuudessa 36 Urban Spirit Oy ei ole vastuussa mistään epäsuorista, satunnaisista tai seurannaisista vahingoista, jotka aiheutuvat sivuston tai tuotteiden käytöstä. Kokonaisvastuumme mistä tahansa tuotteeseen liittyvästä vaatimuksesta rajoittuu kyseisen tuotteen ostohintaan.

10. Vastuuvapauslauseke

Sivusto tarjotaan "sellaisena kuin se on" ilman minkäänlaisia takuita. Teemme parhaamme pitääksemme sivuston sujuvana, mutta emme voi taata keskeytymätöntä pääsyä.

11. Muutokset näihin ehtoihin

Voimme päivittää näitä Ehtoja aika ajoin. Merkittävistä muutoksista ilmoitamme sinulle sähköpostitse tai näkyvällä ilmoituksella sivustolla. Sivuston käytön jatkaminen tällaisten muutosten jälkeen tarkoittaa uusien Ehtojen hyväksymistä.

12. Sovellettava laki ja riidat

Näihin Ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia, ottamatta huomioon lainvalintasääntöjä. Näistä Ehdoista tai sivuston käytöstä aiheutuvat riidat kuuluvat Helsingin käräjäoikeuden yksinomaiseen toimivaltaan. Kuluttajana säilytät oman asuinmaasi pakottavien lakiesi suojan.

13. EU:n verkkovälitteinen riidanratkaisu

Euroopan komissio tarjoaa verkkovälitteisen riidanratkaisualustan kuluttajariitoja varten: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Emme ole velvollisia osallistumaan riidanratkaisumenettelyihin, mutta harkitsemme jokaista kohtuullista pyyntöä.
