This 14-day return policy applies to all purchases made through 36urbanspirit.com. It is granted in addition to your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

3. Return shipping

You must send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — 36 Urban Spirit is not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Condition of returned goods

Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors (including cigarette or perfume), or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable for orders that were eligible for free shipping.

Note: Refund timeline: 14 days from receiving your return, per EU law. In practice, most refunds are issued within 3-5 business days of inspection.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@36urbanspirit.com with a photo. We will cover return shipping costs and either send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping.

8. Custom and pre-order items

Pre-order items follow the same 14-day return policy once they are delivered. The pre-order reservation itself can be cancelled at any time before shipment, with a full refund of the pre-order amount.

Tätä 14 päivän palautuskäytäntöä sovelletaan kaikkiin 36urbanspirit.com-sivuston kautta tehtyihin ostoksiin. Se myönnetään EU:n kuluttajanoikeusdirektiivin (2011/83/EU) mukaisten lakisääteisten oikeuksiesi lisäksi.

3. Palautuksen toimitus

Sinun on lähetettävä tuotteet takaisin meille ilman aiheetonta viivytystä ja joka tapauksessa viimeistään 14 päivän kuluttua siitä päivästä, jolloin ilmoitit peruutuksesta. Palautuksen postikulut ovat asiakkaan vastuulla. Suosittelemme seurattavan lähetyksen käyttöä — 36 Urban Spirit ei ole vastuussa kadonneista palautuslähetyksistä.

4. Palautettujen tuotteiden kunto

Palautettujen tuotteiden on oltava alkuperäisessä kunnossaan: käyttämättömiä, pesemättömiä, kaikki alkuperäiset lapput ja pakkaukset ehjänä. Tuotteet, joissa on kulumisen merkkejä, tahroja, hajuja (mukaan lukien tupakka tai hajuvesi) tai vaurioita, eivät kelpaa ja palautetaan sinulle kustannuksellasi.

5. Hyvitykset

Kun olemme vastaanottaneet ja tarkastaneet palautuksesi, lähetämme sinulle sähköpostivahvistuksen. Jos palautus hyväksytään, hyvitys käsitellään 14 päivän kuluessa alkuperäiselle maksutavalle. Alkuperäiset toimituskulut (jos niitä oli) eivät ole hyvitettävissä tilauksille, jotka oikeuttivat ilmaisen toimitukseen.

Huom: Hyvitysaikataulu: 14 päivää palautuksen vastaanottamisesta EU-lain mukaan. Käytännössä useimmat hyvitykset annetaan 3-5 arkipäivän kuluessa tarkastuksesta.

6. Vaihto

Emme tarjoa suoraa vaihtoa. Jos tarvitset eri koon, palauta alkuperäinen tuote hyvitystä varten ja tee uusi tilaus.

7. Vialliset tai väärät tuotteet

Jos saat viallisen, vaurioituneen tai väärän tuotteen, ota meihin yhteyttä 14 päivän kuluessa vastaanottamisesta osoitteeseen hello@36urbanspirit.com valokuvan kera. Kattamme palautuksen postikulut ja joko lähetämme korvaavan tuotteen tai hyvitämme koko summan alkuperäiset toimituskulut mukaan lukien.

8. Räätälöidyt ja ennakkotilatut tuotteet

Ennakkotilattuihin tuotteisiin sovelletaan samaa 14 päivän palautuskäytäntöä niiden toimituksen jälkeen. Ennakkotilausvaraus voidaan peruuttaa milloin tahansa ennen toimitusta, jolloin ennakkotilaussumma palautetaan kokonaisuudessaan.
